RETURN POLICY
We're Committed to Your Satisfaction:
We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things need to be returned. We have tried to come up with a fair return policy, that makes it as easy as possible to facilitate a return.
Non-Defective Returns:
DVD(s) may be returned in the original, unopened package within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. Certain restrictions and exceptions apply:
- Shipping charges to return the product are your responsibility.
- Product(s) must be in original packaging and must be in salable condition.
- Returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
- We do not accept COD returns.

Once the return is received, it is inspected and processed in our warehouse, and credit is issued for the full purchase price minus restocking fees outlined above.
Defective Returns:
In rare circustances a DVD may not operate. If the product is defective for any reason, return it to us within 15 days and we will supply you with a replacement at no cost to you. Once the return is received, it is processed in our warehouse and a replacement will be sent out within 7 to 10 days.
Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns for opened, non-defective DVDs or items returned more than 30 days after date of shopping cart receipt.
