Program Details:

Participation in the Calling it Quits Affiliate Program is simple, cost free, and revenue scales easily — popularity drives success. We've also made tracking sales and commissions simple and straightforward. Here's how it works:

• All sales will be tracked via a unique link. This link will be supplied by CSF to each affiliate prior to launch (in Sept. 2010).
• Your DVD sales will be openly tracked by 1ShoppingCart.com — a nationally trusted ecommerce provider.
• A 1ShoppingCart.com User Name and Initial Password (which you can change) will be provided to each affiliate by CSF.
• All sales transactions on the Calling it Quits site are encrypted and protected by SSL technology. These services are provided by Verisign and Authorize.net.
• CSF is responsible for any Sales Tax related to the sale of Calling It Quits on DVD.

How to Maximize Profits and Member Benefits

To get the most from the program, affliates must get the word out to your members/customers. Email blasts are the most effective and become even more so when supported by other simple methods. Here's what we recommend.

• Announce the launch of Calling it Quits to your customers/members via a stand alone Email. Write your own email or use the email we've provided below
• Send a follow-up email reminder a week or two later
• Simultaneously announce the launch in your Newsletter, Blog, or on your Website
• Post article(s) about the film, filmmakers and relevance to baby-boomers and spiritual audiences in your Newsletter, Blog, or on your Website
• Follow us on Facebook and Twitter, and encourage your customers/members to do the same by including direct links in your communications (Facebook and Twitter links below)
• Place an promotional ad on your site (we have created several ads you can use below).

How Commisions/Donations Will Be Paid:

• 1st Payment will be made on November 15, 2010, 60 days after the hard launch date (September 15, 2010).
• All future commission/donations will be paid monthly, at the end of each month, after the first 60 Days.
• However, if for any reason the $50 (U.S. Dollar) Commission amount is not achieved in the first 45 Day period or within any future 30 Day period, all commissions, no matter the amount, will be paid at the end of next Calendar Quarter; March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31 of any given year.
• If you wish, your cutomers/members will be given an exclusive promotion code to use on our site when purchasing their DVD. This code provides for $1 dollar off the discounted price.
